Norway is a narrow country in northern Europe. It shares the Scandinavian Peninsula with Sweden and Finland. Oslo, the capital, is a city of green spaces and museums. Preserved 9th-century Viking ships are displayed at Oslo’s Viking Ship Museum. Norway’s coastline is famous for its fjords (fyords), which are sea inlets between steep cliffs. The fjords were carved out by glaciers, as were the country’s mountains.

- Your passport valid for at least 6 months beyond return date are required. Your passport must have at least two blank pages
- One passport photo not older than six months
- Copy of UAE Residence Visa valid at least 90 days from the intended return date
- Original personal bank account statement for the last three months signed and stamped by the bank
- NOC Letter from the company (should be mentioned designation, date of joining & salary paid)

For Tourism
- Proof of accommodation (i.e. valid and existing hotel booking, etc.)
- Proof of flight ticket booking or flight reservation including return
- International health insurance covering the entire territory of all Schengen member states with a minimum coverage of € 30.000
- Sponsored family members (spouses, students etc.) have to enclose a copy of original birth and marriage certificate
- Employment Labor Contract / agreement
For Visiting family and/or friends
- Invitation letter stating the purpose and length of the visit, the relation between the applicant and the inviting party/reference and who will bear the travel and living costs
If Business
- Official invitation letter from the Norwegian company or organization with their contact details, including information regarding what activities will be performed
